our company
Herbst Maschinenfabrik GmbH is a traditional and innovative company in stirring and mixing technology and can look back on a long tradition. In 1874, Friedrich Herbst founded the original company in Halle an der Saale after inventing the dough dividing machine.
Since 1998, the company has been based in Buxtehude in the Hamburg metropolitan region. We are constantly improving the technology of our products and thus remain at the cutting edge of technology.
In the meantime, Herbst Maschinentechnik GmbH has two main pillars: Mechanical engineering and sheet metal working.

Our product range thus covers almost all application areas of mixing technology. We build planetary agitators and central agitators as well as horizontal mixers and tank agitators and are happy to implement special solutions if required.

We offer or work out a suitable solution for your company. Especially for this purpose, we have expanded Herbst Maschinentechnik GmbH with a technical centre, which is also available to customers for stirring trials
